TYSON

Tyson is a fitness expert with over fifteen years of experience as a trainer and athlete, specializing in Pop Punch and Dubstep Deadlift. He has mastered disciplines from kickboxing to weightlifting, earning accolades in strength competitions. After retiring from competition, Tyson now enjoys guiding aspiring athletes, instilling rhythm and power in the next generation of fitness enthusiasts.

SARAH

Sarah is our community coordinator and a standout fitness trainer, excelling in Hardcore Highkick and Dubstep Deadlift. With over five years of training in kickboxing, she remains an active competitor. Since June 2024, Sarah has been inspiring students with her classes, blending intensity with a playful teaching style. Outside of training, she enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, rock climbing, and photography.

DAVID

David has been teaching martial arts since 1996, beginning with taekwondo in 1988, followed by kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, and muay thai. Specializing in Lo-Fi Lotus and Hardcore Highkick, he ensures his students gain strength, skill, and enjoyment from his classes, blending discipline with a fun, supportive approach..

EMILY

Emily, an experienced coach in yoga and boxing, is not only a skilled martial arts instructor but also a certified yoga practitioner. When she's not training, she enjoys hiking, painting, and fitness modeling. A true all-rounder, Emily channels her passion for rhythmic movement and martial arts into diverse, creative professional pursuits.

JAMES

James began his martial arts journey at age seven, trained by his uncle, a former kickboxing champion. He later excelled in regional tournaments. His Pop Punch and Hardcore Highkick classes blend diverse striking techniques, preparing students for varied challenges. He emphasizes foundational skills like footwork and precise kicks, fostering strength and versatility.

LAURA

Laura began her fitness career at age eight, inspired by her mother, a seasoned yoga instructor. With over a decade of experience, she excels in Pop Punch and Lo-Fi Lotus, blending dynamic punches with serene stretches. Her classes focus on balance and rhythm, offering a harmonious workout. Outside training, she enjoys gardening and dance, bringing creativity to her teaching at Beat Grind.

NICK

Nick kicked off his fitness journey at age nine, mentored by his older brother, a former weightlifter. With twelve years of experience, he shines in Pop Punch and Dubstep Deadlift, merging powerful punches with rhythmic lifts. His classes emphasize strength and coordination, fueled by energetic beats. Outside training, Nick enjoys cycling and cooking, infusing passion into his coaching at Beat Grind.

JILL

Jill launched her fitness path at age ten, guided by her father, a martial arts veteran. With eleven years of experience, she excels in Hardcore Highkick and Dubstep Deadlift, combining fierce kicks with powerful lifts. Her classes focus on intensity and rhythm, pushing students to new heights. Outside training, Jill loves hiking and sketching, bringing dedication to her coaching at Beat Grind.

TRENT

Trent has been training in yoga for 18 years and teaching for 8 years. He is also skilled in Tai Chi, Pilates, Kung Fu, and meditation. In addition to his impressive fitness achievements, he is a published author of wellness guides, bringing wisdom and calm to his Lo-Fi Lotus classes at Beat Grind.
